Application Work Flow
Application work flow is developed by understanding and defining the activities of your primary persona. An activity is a goal-directed set of tasks. Each task, typically is composed of a series of actions. An example of a action could be saving a file or openning a file. Actions are made up of operations. Operations are the specific steps required to accomplish an action, ie. selecting the save command with a mouse.

Detailed application work flow documents help identify key task processes and missing screens. Application Work Flows are also great sources of customer feedback.
